At Slay My Nails, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional service. We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident that you will love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are committed to making things right. We encourage you to reach out to our customer service team with any concerns or questions you may have. We promise to listen, learn, and work with you to ensure your experience with Slay My Nails is nothing short of excellent.

Refunds and Returns


We at Slay My Nails Shop are committed to your satisfaction and understand that sometimes, returns are necessary. That's why we have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the nails must never have been worn, should still be in the original packaging, and the return must be due to receiving damaged or quality issues.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to buyer's remorse, color matching, damage after wearing, or size issues when sizing kits weren't used.

To initiate a return, please contact us at slaymynailsshop@gmail.com. Your return will need to be sent to the following address: 922 N. 3rd Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and strive to make it right.

Refunds


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Not Eligible for Returns


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
